PAPILLION, Neb. – Union Omaha announced today its annual Oktoberfest celebration presented by Family Fare. The event will be held at 3 p.m. at Werner Park on September 17, the first day of Oktoberfest, ahead of Union Omaha’s 7 p.m. match. Admission is free, and the event will feature attractions and activities for all ages.
Local polka band Happy Players will be playing live music, and food trucks and beer vendors will be available outside. Attendees can purchase a stein, their first pour and a ticket to the match for $25. Those that purchase steins will receive beer discounts all night inside and outside of the stadium. Specialty T-shirts and scarves will also be available for purchase.

The 2022 League One Championship defending campaign will continue with a visit to Richmond Kickers on August 27. The next home at Werner Park will be August 31 vs. Forward Madison FC for STEM Night presented by Olsson, followed by the second Unified Soccer Series match presented by BAT Logistics. Single-match tickets and undated voucher packs for the 2022 season are currently available via UnionOmaha.com or the Werner Park Ticket Office by calling 402-738-5100.
