SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes and Toronto FC played to a 2-2 road draw on Saturday at BMO Field. Forward Jeremy Ebobisse scored his tenth goal of the season while midfielder Jack Skahan scored his first MLS goal and the Quakes’ equalizer.


The Earthquakes are now preparing for two matches this week, first traveling to Southern California to face the LA Galaxy at Dignity Health Sports Park on Wednesday, July 13, before hosting Houston Dynamo FC at PayPal Park on Sunday, July 17.

Wednesday’s match will kick off at 7 p.m. PT and will be broadcast nationally on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Deportes. Sunday’s game is slated for 6:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on NBC Sports California. The two matchups will also include radio coverage on KNBR 1050 (English), and 1370 KZSF (Spanish).

The Quakes earned one point in a 2-2 road draw against Toronto FC on Saturday, extending San Jose’s unbeaten streak against Toronto to four.

Double-Digit Scoring

Forward Jeremy Ebobisse scored his tenth goal of the season and is also now one goal away from tying his career-high (11) in 2019 and is the first American Quakes player to score double-digit goals since Chris Wondolowski (15) in 2019.

First MLS Goal

Midfielder Jack Skahan scored his first MLS goal. His goal marked the Quakes’ 2-2 equalizer on Saturday.

Assist Contributors

Jackson Yueill and Benji Kikanović each tallied an assist, marking their first assist of the season. Kikanović has now tallied two goals and one assist in the last two matches.

Goalkeeper JT Marcinkowski made four saves on Saturday. He now ranks first in MLS with 68 saves this season.
