Revolution II Hosts Orlando City B on Saturday

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution II (7-4-4, 26 pts.) fell 4-0 to New York City FC II (8-4-3, 28 pts.) on Sunday night at Gillette Stadium. Goalkeeper Jacob Jackson made a first-half penalty save and Homegrown midfielder Noel Buck recorded a team-high four shots, with three on target.


New York City scored four times in the first half, with goals coming from Nico Benalcazar and John Denis. Alongside Buck’s chances, forward Marcos Dias and Homegrown midfielder Esmir Bajraktarevic took notable shots in the second half, but the teams would play to a scoreless period as New England logged its fourth loss of the season.

Revolution II returns to action on Sunday, July 24 as New England heads to Ohio to take on Columbus Crew 2 at Historic Crew Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 5:00 p.m. ET on MLSNEXTPro.com.
