Kylian Mbappe was in attendance as Gareth Bale’s new club Los Angeles FC pulled further clear in America’s top division.
LAFC, who lead the MLS Western Conference, signed Welsh wizard Bale on a one-year deal on a free transfer in a shock move for the former Real Madrid star.
And the Paris Saint-Germain forward added to the star appeal in California by attending their match on Sunday night.
The MLS Twitter account posted: ‘‘sup @KMbappe. Taking in #LAFC x #RBNY at the Banc.’

Bale, 32, spent nine seasons with the Spanish giants after joining for a then-world-record fee of £85million but his time there petered out amid fan frustration with his frequent injuries.
His contract with Los Blancos finally ran out this summer and he departed as a free agent.
With the 106-cap international keen to get regular game time ahead of Wales’ World Cup crusade in November, several clubs were vying for his services, including Championship side Cardiff.

Bale is not the only recognised name to be snapped up by LA this summer. Former Italy and Juventus centre back Giorgio Chiellini is also swapping Europe for the States’ west coast after agreeing to join the club, too.
