Brighton have signed Ivorian striker Simon Adingra on a four-year contract from Danish Superliga club FC Nordsjaelland.
Adingra, a product of Ghana’s Right To Dream Academy, scored 10 goals in 33 appearances last season.
Mediocrity beckons once more for Leeds United under the Wisconsin Warnock…
Brighton technical director David Weir told the club website: “We’re delighted to welcome Simon to the club.
“He’s an exciting young player who has had a terrific start to his career in Denmark.
“He’s a creative offensive player who can play on both sides and is very good in one-on-one situations.
“He’s a talented young player who we’ve had an eye on for a while, and we’re looking forward to helping him with his development.”

The 20-year-old becomes the Premier League club’s second signing of the summer after they confirmed the capture of Paraguayan forward Julio Enciso for around £10m.
Like Adingra, Enciso has penned a four-year contract at the Amex. The 18-year-old joined from Libertad, for whom he scored 21 times in 68 appearances.
He is a full Paraguay international and has made five appearances for his country after making his debut in June 21 at the age of 17.
Graham Potter told the club’s official website: “Julio is an exciting young talent, and he has had a great start to his career in Paraguay, as well as being a regular in the Paraguay national squad.
“He’s a young guy who is moving away from his home country for the first time, so we will help him to adapt to new surroundings and settle here in Brighton and Hove.
“We’re really looking forward to helping him develop and working with him, and he will complement our existing attacking options this coming season.”
