LOS ANGELES – Playing their fifth game in the span of 15 days, the LA Galaxy fell 3-0 to Houston Dynamo FC before 22,471 fans at Dignity Health Sports Park on Sunday night.

HOU – Carlos Ferreira (penalty kick), 11th minute: After Jonathan Bond initially saved Corey Baird’s shot from close range, the rebound fell to Carlos Ferreira, who avoided a tackle and converted from the six-yard box.

HOU – Tyler Pasher (Carlos Ferreira), 58th minute: Cutting inside onto his left foot, Tyler Pasher’s shot from long range found the top right corner of the net.

HOU – Thor Ulfarsson (Carlos Ferreira, Matias Vera), 62nd minute: After receiving a pass down the left side of the penalty area, Thor Ulfarsson dribbled by a Galaxy defender and unleashed his shot into the roof of the net.
