Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing Ivan Perisic when his Inter Milan contract expires this summer. 

The Serie A side want to keep the 33-year-old, but are struggling to reach an agreement as reports in Italy claim that he is asking for a three-year deal worth £100,000-a-week. 

Chelsea and Newcastle have previously been linked with a move for Perisic, who has 113 caps for Croatia and scored in the 2018 World Cup final.

The 33-year-old is said to be open to a reunion with former Inter manager Antonio Conte

According to ESPN, Tottenham are the latest club to join the race for his signature and do not mind paying his wage demands but are unlikely to offer a three-year contract. 

The report adds that Perisic is open to a reunion with Antonio Conte, who guided Inter to the Serie A title last season. 

However, it is claimed that while nothing has been agreed with any club, the Croatian would prefer to stay in Italy and sign for Juventus. 

Perisic has been at Inter since 2015, but spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Bayern Munich where he won the Champions League. 

It is unlikely that Perisic will extend his Inter contract, with Chelsea also keen on signing him
