KANSAS CITY – Kansas City Current forward Kristen Hamilton was named today to the 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup All-Tournament Team, as voted on by the NWSL Media Association.
Hamilton started in every match for the Current throughout the tournament. The veteran forward scored five goals with nine shots on target in 580 minutes played, second best in the league.
Led by Hamilton, the Current appeared in the first playoff match in club history, advancing to the Challenge Cup semifinals. The team’s four wins in the tournament also set a club record.

Midfielders: Rose Lavelle (OLR), Ashley Sanchez (WAS), Debinha (NC)
