Hugo Palmer has started firing in the winners since taking over the reigns from Tom Dascombe at Manor House stables, with three of his last five ex-Dascombe horses winning. Success at Chester is important to the owners and EVER GIVEN looks solid in the 6f three-year-old handicap (3.40). He’s nicely drawn in stall 2, won over 7f here on his only previous course visit and also won first-time out last season. Danny Tudhope, whose record on him reads 15112 (3-5) is back on board.
