West Ham leading Premier League rivals in race for ‘Bundesliga’s fastest player’ Jeremiah St. Juste who’s available at cut-rate price

Jeremiah St. Juste

West Ham will face a battle with Leicester and Sporting Lisbon to sign the fastest player from the Bundesliga this season, per a report.

Mainz centre-back Jerimiah St. Juste is the man in question and he could be a vital addition to David Moyes’ squad. Due to the Hammers’ superb up-turn in fortunes in recent seasons, they now find themselves in need of depth at the spine of their team.

Over the eight appearances he has made in the Bundesliga so far this season, St. Juste has averaged 1.6 tackles and 1.8 interceptions each game. By contrast, Craig Dawson has only averaged 0.8 tackles and 0.9 interceptions according to WhoScored.

However, the report notes West Ham may not have a summer swoop all their own way.

Leicester are also said to be in the running for St. Juste’s signature, though they have greater depth than West Ham possess in…
