Manchester United will reportedly sign three players in the summer window, with five players set to be put up for sale by the club.
The United bosses are set to hand Ten Hag between £100m and £150m to spend on new players, according to ESPN, who describe the Dutch manager’s task as ‘evolution rather than revolution’.

Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Nemanja Matic, Edinson Cavani and Juan Mata are all set to leave on free transfers, while the club are also willing to listen to offers for Eric Bailly, Phil Jones, Anthony Martial, Alex Telles and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Dean Henderson has expressed his desire to leave the club, while Ten Hag is said to be ‘concerned’ over N0.1 David de Gea.
Ralf Rangnick claimed after the 4-0 defeat to Liverpool that the club may need as many as ten new players to close the gap to their Premier League rivals.
He said: “It is embarrassing, it is disappointing, maybe even humiliating. We have to accept they (Liverpool) are six years ahead of us now.
“There will be a rebuild here. Six, seven, maybe 10 new players will come. (Liverpool) have better players than we have and this was really reflected by the result today.
“There will be a rebuild for sure, that was obvious in the first three or four weeks for me. For us it is extremely embarrassing as a coaching staff to sit here and have a press conference like this. We just have to admit they are better than us.”
But the United hierarchy are reportedly unhappy with Rangnick’s assertion, and instead want Ten Hag to evolve the current squad rather than overhaul it.
The club are therefore ready to spend big to add three quality players to the squad and are putting together a shortlist of potential targets.
They want a striker, with Harry Kane and Benfica star Darwin Nunez among those named, though either would likely cost £100m.
