LOS ANGELES – Angel City Football Club (ACFC) today announced the full run of show, activations, and fan experiences for the first-ever regular season ACFC home match taking place this Friday, April 29 at 6:00 p.m. PT (gates open) with kickoff at 7:30 p.m. PT at Banc of California Stadium live on CBS Sports Network (CBSSN). The match is presented by DoorDash.
To kick off the day, ACFC will host a free Fan Fest beginning at 3:30 p.m. for fans of all ages, with activations ranging from facepainting and soccer bowling to a Secret Walls illustration battle and discounted drinks from partners Tecate Alta, Johnnie Walker and Archer Roose. ACFC merchandise will be available for purchase at Fan Fest and at the ACFC HQ store at the stadium.
The in-stadium festivities will begin with a pre-match show that will culminate with a live performance of the club’s hype anthem, “Running with the Angels,” performed by five-time Grammy Award-winning artist Brittany Howard, LA-based artist Tia P. and a 40-piece marching band, which will be shown live on CBSSN. Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium early to avoid Friday night traffic and so as not to miss all of the special moments leading up to the kickoff over two years in the making.
