Former Italy international Antonio Cassano has lauded Antonio Conte and Tottenham for the January signing of Dejan Kulusevski, while also blasting Juventus boss Max Allegri for the transfer decision.
Kulusevski showed great promise at Atalanta and Parma to earn a Juventus transfer in January 2020. He went on to make 74 appearances for the Turin outfit, scoring just nine times.
Allegri never really got the best out of the right winger during their time together. As such, Juve chiefs sanctioned a loan move to Tottenham in the winter window.
Kulusevki has been a revelation in north London and is linking up well with fellow attackers Harry Kane and Heung-min Son.
His most recent appearance came in the Premier League against Aston Villa. The Swede managed a goal and assist, helping Conte’s side to a comfortable 4-0 win.
Kulusevski’s form will be important if Spurs are to beat Arsenal, West Ham and Manchester United to fourth place.

They are in the driving seat for Champions League qualification after that victory at Villa. Spurs have a three-point lead on Arsenal, although the Gunners have a game in hand, while they are six points above West Ham and United.
Spurs paid £8.3million to land Kulusevski on loan for the second half of the campaign. Sky Sports reveal they can make the deal permanent this summer for just over £29m.
