On Tuesday, Barca president Joan Laporta announced that the club have already signed a midfielder and defender, but was ‘not allowed to mention their names.’
These two players are thought to be AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie and Chelsea centre-back Andreas Christensen, who are both out of contract in the summer at their respective clubs and are now allowed to negotiate moves to foreign clubs before the end of the campaign.
