AC Milan ready to ask about triple transfer that could disrupt Chelsea, Newcastle hopes for Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard will supposedly be the subject of an enquiry from AC Milan when they meet with Real Madrid over another piece of transfer business, with the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle United remaining in the frame.

Things have not panned out as Hazard would have expected since he left Chelsea for Madrid in 2019. Injuries issues have haunted him, while his output when available has also suffered. The winger has only scored a total of six goals for Madrid from 65 appearances.

What was supposed to be a dream move has become a nightmare for Hazard. Now, Real are willing to sell him in the summer. It has led to links with a return to Chelsea, or an alternative Premier League transfer with Newcastle.

But according to Diario Sport, citing Italian sources, Hazard may have something else to consider if AC Milan make a proposal.

The Italian giants will soon be holding talks with Madrid over the future of attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz. The former Manchester City prospect is currently on loan at Milan from Los Blancos.

Within those discussions, Milan are also planning to bring Hazard and Luka Jovic into the conversation.

At the age of 31, they still believe Hazard is worthy of an interest. Milan have had success with some senior signings in recent years, such as his ex-Chelsea teammate Olivier Giroud, or the Frenchman’s strike partner Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
