Trojans Add Transfer Maile Hayes from Texas A&M

LOS ANGELES – The USC women’s soccer team announced another addition to its incoming class this week, welcoming in transfer forward Maile Hayes from Texas A&M. 

Hayes, who put up prolific offensive numbers in the SEC, comes to USC after three collegiate seasons at Texas A&M. During her time in College Station, she made a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances and helped lead A&M to the second round in 2023.

USC announced its incoming class last month, with the incoming Trojan freshmen ranked the No. 8 class in the nation. Hayes is one of three transfers to join USC this offseason.

Highlights:

  • Recorded 55 points in 58 games played across three seasons at Texas A&M (21 goals, 13 assists)
  • Her 10 goals in 2022 led the Aggies
  • 2022 All-SEC First Team
  • 2021 SEC All-Freshman Team
  • 3x SEC Offensive Player of the Week
