Chelsea are interested in signing Harry Kane, Harry Maguire and Declan Rice this summer, beIN SPORTS presenter Richard Keys has sensationally claimed. 

The Blues are on the cusp of being taken over by US tycoon and billionaire Todd Boehly, who could instigate a massive transfer rebuild at Stamford Bridge this summer. 

And former Sky Sports pundit Keys claimed in his blog that the club want an ‘English spine’ to their squad and have earmarked Three Lions captain and Tottenham striker Kane, Manchester United defender Maguire and West Ham midfielder Rice.
