Jonas Hofmann deal falling into place after quadruple positive update

Tottenham ‘regularly enquire’ about a transfer for Germany international Jonas Hofmann, and a report has detailed four positives in their proposed pursuit.

The 29-year-old can safely be classified as a late bloomer. Jonas Hofmann was on Borussia Dortmund’s books between 2012-16. However, he never established himself as a regular starter in black and yellow.

A move to Monchengladbach came to pass in 2016, though the attacking midfielder had to wait until 2018 before notching his first league goal for the club.

But since then, Hofmann has gone from strength to strength and is currently enjoying his finest season to date.

Indeed, Hofmann has bagged 10 goals in 24 Bundesliga outings this season. That form has cemented his place in the German national set-up with 12 caps to his name since his debut in 2020.
