5.55 Punchestown: MINELLA INDO @ 5/1 with Boylesports – Former Cheltenham Gold Cup winner that wasn’t disgraced in this year’s running last month (2nd). The drop back in trip here will suit and has won over hurdles at the track in the past. The tongue-tie is also on for the first time here to which can eke out a bit more.
7.05 Punchestown: SNUGSBOROUGH HALL @ 12/1 with Boylesports – Course winner that last seen in the Topham Chase at Aintree when down the field. 8lbs lower here and that running can be forgiven anyway as got hampered in the race and lost all chance. Before that had run a fair third at Downpatrick and last Oct ran the classy Galvin to 10 lengths here at this track over 3m. No spring chicken at 11, but looks overpriced.
