VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group announced on Wednesday a new multi-year partnership as they both celebrate 50 plus years in the community.

“We are proud to welcome Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group to our Whitecaps FC family,” said Shane Beharry, Whitecaps FC vice president, corporate partnerships. “Our brands are excited to build a new hometown partnership through a shared commitment to our communities.”

This partnership will see Johnston Meier Insurance as the official match sponsor for the Women and Girls in Soccer Celebration Match, this third-annual celebration match takes place at BC Place on Saturday, March 30. As part of their match sponsorship, they are generously donating brand new footwear to support the Whitecaps FC Girls Elite Academy.
