ANAHEIM, Calif. – Felicia Knox became the fifth player in Alabama soccer history to be selected in the National Women’s Soccer League Draft with her third-round pick by Angel City FC Friday night. Knox was the 37th overall selection and the first pick of the night for Angel City.

The All-American midfielder helped pace the Tide to three NCAA Tournament appearances, a College Cup appearance and a Southeastern Conference title. Knox is a three-time All-SEC honoree and holds the school record in single season and career assists.
For the first time in program history, Alabama has had players selected in back-to-back drafts as Knox joins Reyna Reyes, Riley Tanner and Riley Parker from the 2023 draft. Celia Jimenez Delgado was drafted during the 2018 show.

- Set the UA single season (20) and career (31) record in assists
- Ranks third all-time in program history with 67 points after tallying 18 goals and 31 assists over her career, while also ranking fourth in game-winning goals with eight
- Concluded her career by averaging a school record 0.36 assists per game
- Called up to the U.S. U-23 Women’s National Team for the 2023 Thorns Preseason Tournament
- 2022 Women’s College Cup All-Tournament Team
- 2022 CSC Academic All-American Team Member of the Year
