ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando City SC, the Orlando Pride and the Orlando City Foundation have once again teamed up with the City of Orlando – District 5 Commissioner Regina Hill’s office and The Salvation Army Orlando Area Command for the annual Turkey Distribution presented by Publix on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Exploria Stadium. The event will allow all participating parties to give back to the District 5 area, which includes Parramore and parts of downtown, the same location that serves as the home to both Orlando City and the Orlando Pride.

This year’s event will provide turkeys and accompanying side items for the holiday celebrations of all members of the District 5 area. Along with the support of Pepsi, Frito Lay and Spice World, plenty of offerings will be provided to ensure that residents can enjoy a full Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. In 2022, the event provided over 2,000 Thanksgiving meals, feeding 10,000 community members.

The event will also have services and items available to assist the unhoused residents of District 5 lead by The Salvation Army Orlando Command.

The yearly event will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Exploria Stadium with packages available while supplies last on a first-come, first-serve basis. A drive-thru option will also be available.

This event is made possible through monetary, product and volunteer hour contributions from City of Orlando, District 5 Commissioner Regina Hill’s office, the Orlando City Foundation, players and front office members from the teams, as well as Club partners Publix, The Salvation Army, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Spice World and G&G Outfitters.
