Brentford are said to be put off by the £15 million price tag that Liverpool have put on their goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
The Daily Mail recently reported that the Bees were looking at Kelleher as a potential replacement for David Raya, who could leave them this summer.
They’re not the only club that has been linked with the Irishman, Spurs have been linked and the same can be said for Celtic as per one report.
Klopp once labelled the 24-year-old as “exceptional” as per the club’s website.
Though the German may be a fan of his, perhaps Brentford see the price as too steep for someone that’s not got much first-team experience.
Raya has impressed this season, keeping a total of 11 Premier League clean sheets. Their ambitions might be to sign a keeper who’s that little bit more proven, should the Spaniard decide to leave the West London outfit.
