SEATTLE, WA. – OL Reign today unveiled the Purpose kit, the new primary uniform the team will sport through the 2023 NWSL season.

The theme of Purpose embodies the player-driven culture established at OL Reign since the club’s founding and is designed to capture a sense of place and the environment that defines OL Reign. Aligning the design with OL Reign’s mission and values, the Purpose kit and its standout design symbolizes the club’s bold mindset and dedication to advocating for the community when it comes to sustainability, social justice, the empowerment of women and LGBTQ+ rights, to name a few.

Worn with pride while representing Seattle, Purpose features a bold geometric pattern inspired by the landscape surrounding OL Reign in the Pacific Northwest. The kit design is adorned with a red vertical stripe on both sides of the kit and around the sleeve of each side. A ChromaFlex OL Reign badge sits adjacent to the iconic Nike swoosh in red, tying together the different elements that make up the jersey. The inner neck panel features the word “BOLD” as OL Reign always strives to be bold, on and off the field, using the club’s platform and voices to make a positive change in our community.

OL Reign will continue with Black Future Co-op Fund featured on the front of the primary and secondary jerseys, until such time that the club secures a new presenting sponsor. A partner of OL Reign, Black Future Co-op Fund serves as a critical catalyst for change in the club’s community, investing in areas that are underserved and unappreciated in an effort to elevate the community to a more equitable place. As Washington’s first Black-led philanthropy, they directly provide more resources, collective power and support to Black Washingtonians, a mission that OL Reign supports deeply.

The club will also continue its valued partnership with MultiCare, once again featuring their logo on the top-back of the jersey. This longstanding partnership is community-centered and focused on promoting…
