Indy Eleven Taps Playfly Premier Partnerships to Activate Eleven Park with Commercial Strategy & Sales Representation

INDIANAPOLIS – As Indy Eleven prepares to break ground on its impending Eleven Park project and new transformational riverfront development in downtown Indianapolis, the organization announced today its partnership with Playfly Premier Partnerships as its commercial strategy and sales representative. The Playfly Premier team will get to work immediately on providing consult and selling marquee assets surrounding the mixed-used development of Eleven Park.

The $1 billion-plus Eleven Park project is set to break ground in May of 2023 with an anticipated completion date in 2025. Playfly Premier’s multi-asset sales points will include overall naming rights, plaza and gate entryway entitlements, Indy Eleven kit sponsorships, in-stadium premium hospitality, clubs, terraces, and more. The completed development is set to feature a 20,000-seat multipurpose stadium, more than 600 apartments, 205,000 square feet of office space, more than 197,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants, a hotel, public plazas with green spaces, and public parking all in the heart of downtown Indianapolis adjacent to Lucas Oil Stadium.
