December 5, 2022 – United Soccer League One (USL1) – North Carolina FC News Release
CARY, N.C. – North Carolina FC has announced a two-day open tryout session ahead of the 2023 USL One season. Tryouts will be held on Friday, January 27, and Saturday, January 28. The tryout will serve as an opportunity for the club to evaluate talent for North Carolina FC and giving participants the best possible chance to play in front of club coaches in hopes of earning a trial or contract with the club.
Tryouts are open for any player age 16 and older as of January. Players will be evaluated by North Carolina FC’s technical staff. The registration fee is $150 and the tryout sessions will take place at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary on both days.

Where: WakeMed Soccer Park-Field (101 Soccer Park Dr. Cary, NC 27511)
When: Friday, January 27, and Saturday, January 28, 2023
Registration Fee: $150.00 (Fee must be paid in full via this online registration/payment process.)
Requirements: All players must be at least 16 years old. Participants are required to bring cleats and shin guards in order to compete.

All players interested in registering for the North Carolina FC OpenTryouts must create an account in PlayMetrics. Participants (Parents/Guardians if the participant is under 18) should create an account in their name.

2. After verifying your email address, you will be prompted to complete your Participant (Parent or Guardian, if you are registering someone under the age of 18) account.
3. Based on the player information provided, you will be shown a list with the tryout session.
