The Matchup
• Fifth-seeded Vanderbilt will meet fourth-seeded Arkansas in the quarterfinals of the 2022 SEC Championship Tuesday night in Pensacola, Florida.
• The Commodores and Razorbacks will be meeting in the SEC tournament for the eighth time since 1993. Vandy is 4-3 in those meetings. The Dores defeated Arkansas in the most recent postseason meeting, a 3-1 title match victory in 2020.
• The Commodores have won three of their last four quarterfinal matches in the SEC tournament.

Postseason Awards
• Vanderbilt had four All-SEC selections led by midfielder Raegan Kelley and defender Maya Antoine on the first team. Defender Ella Shamburger was named to the second team and freshman midfielder Hannah McLaughlin was named to the SEC All-Freshman team.
Anchor Down Defense
• Led by a veteran backline of fifth-year seniors Ella Shamburger and Abena Aidoo, senior Maya Antoine and junior Alex Wagner.
• The Commodores have eight shutouts and didn’t allow a goal through the first five games of the 2022 campaign.
• Vanderbilt played didn’t allow a goal from the run of play through the first 917 minutes of the season.
