Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has remained coy on reports that he wants to sign Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans this summer.
The Gunners are still looking to sign another midfielder this summer despite already bringing Fabio Vieira to the club from Portuguese champions Porto.
They have been linked with several names with AC Milan’s Ismael Bennacer the latest of those, while Leicester’s Tielemans remains possibly mentioned the most.
Arsenal and Manchester United have much to learn as selling well separates best from the rest
Reports have claimed recently that Tielemans has already agreed personal terms in principle with Arsenal and now it’s up to the Gunners to make a bid for the Foxes midfielder.
Arsenal have already signed Gabriel Jesus, Vieira, Matt Turner and Marquinhos this summer while Ajax centre-back Lisandro Martinez is understood to be a serious target.
When asked if the club was still active in the market after their 5-3 win over Nurnberg on Friday, Arteta said: “There are more things that we would like to do if we can but the market will dictate what we can do, but so far we are happy with what we have done.”

Asked specifically about Tielemans, he added: “We never talk about players that are not ours.
“As I said before we can improve the team, we are still in the market and are going to try to do it, but we are not going to go to any specific names.”
Jesus scored twice against Nurnberg and Arteta hailed the new signing’s attitude since completing a transfer from Manchester City.
Arteta said: “He’s all energy. You see his enthusiasm, he’s always smiling, he’s always talking to his teammates and apart from that I think he brings a different level of desire and commitment and enthusiasm, so I think it’s really good.
“That’s why we brought him here. To put the ball in the back of the net and obviously for his confidence and for him to believe in what we are doing I think it’s really important and he’s settled really well.
“I know him really well because I worked with him before and I know that there’s not going to be any issue there.”
